Well, I had my first day and it went well. Well, as good as expected. I was able to do 2 lengths non-stop (getting my heartrate up to about 125-135). Then I would need a break for about 45sec to a min and go again. Amazing how high your heartrate gets with an easy swim pace. And, how tired you get from an easy swim pace LOL. Thanks for all the help!
