I haven't really swam since last Jan., I have swam on and off, but I have lost endurance majorly. I was wondering if anybody knows a workout so I could build up my endurance for the Utah Summer Games in the summer (http://utahsummergames.org/ it's like the Olympics, only less pressure, and anyone can swim).
I am planning on Swimming 50 Free, 100 Free, and 200 IM in the games unless my endurance doesn't build up. I have a while, I just need to start now. My 50 Free is okay, but I need to build up the endurance in my 50 Fly, 50 Back, 50 *** and 100 Free. If anyone has a good workout (or even just parts of a workout and I'll add to it) please reply! Thanks!
