Hello! I was wondering if any one had any good ab workouts, either in the pool or dryland. I really like doing dolphin kick on my back, but I wanted to expand my bases. Any exercises that benefit the lower abs would be hugely appreciated, but any ab is good too. Thanx!!

Now to help. The best ab workout is the bicycle situp. Where you are your back and bicycle your legs and have your shoulders off the ground and alternate right elbow to left knee then left elbow to right knee. The best core strength workout is the bridge. you are in a guy push up position but on elbows and toes. keep you back straight from your shoulders to your heels.
