Hey everyone, I found this workout and it looks pretty kickass but I dont know how to read it properly. See the pool I swim at is 25 meters long and this training is in yds. I was wondering if someone could just explain it to me in a simple way and maybe convert the yds to meters for me :o Heres the workout: //WARMUP 400 swim 300 kick 200 pull 100 IM //MAIN SET: 10 X 25 IM order + 2 choice (fly-back-***-free-free-repeat) :30 10 X 50 IM order + 2 choice (as above) 1:15 10 X 75 IM order (or IM without free) + 2 choice 1:45 10 X 100 IM order (or IM) + 2 choice 2:15 //COOLDOWN 200 warm down //TOTAL 3700 yds

Generally, I don't think anyone worries about the conversion between meters and yards. A meter is about 7% longer than a yard. Workouts are generally given with a distance (300 or 100 or 25 or etc.). They can be done in either yards or meters.
