Our pool is now set up for the long course season, and I'd love workout suggestions. I am self-coached and have being doing short course workouts based on the postings of Mo Chambers and Nate McBride. I can convert the intervals to long course, but many of the drills and sets posted here (involving 25s, 75s, etc) don't transfer easily. Does anyone (including perhaps Mo and Nate) have workouts designed expressly for long course? Thanks.

My team, Minuteman Masters, is switching to LC in three weeks. As a result, I will be offering LC workouts in addition to the SC workouts starting the week of May 17th.
