im a volunteer coach for our Master's Club at the YMCA...im the opening guard, and just wondering whether the workouts i put up are good enough, everyone seems to like them, an un bias opinion would be nice. thx

Just depends on the skill level of the people you are coaching. Also depends on why the people are swimming - whether it be to get in shape, compete, have fun, etc.
I'd talk with your swimmers and fing out what their goals are. Then from there design workouts. Perhaps have 2 different work outs; one for competing and one for staying in shape.
