Normally whenever we practice all of our team does the same workout. Although isn't it profitable for distance swimmers to workout differently than the rest of the swimmers?
An example would be.
Main Set:
8 x 200 on 2:30
10 x 100 on the 1:30
10 x 50 on the :45
Adapted for Distance:
8 x 200 on 2:20
10 x 100 on 1:20
10 x 50 on :40

Yea so true.
I guess the only distance in highschool is the 200 and 500. In college they get the 1000 and 1650.
