Usual story here, I used to swim when I was younger, and now that I am out of college and high school I need to find an activity that will keep my genetics from making me too tubby as age comes along ;).
I have found a pool close to me, and I have the equipment I need, but I am one of those people who can't stand to do something unless I know I am doing it right. Now I know my strokes are fine from my days back on the swim team, but what I really need is a good routine for starting out that I can do in about an hour.
I plan on 3 sessions per week with 1 hour per session. If it gets to be addictive enough, I will see about upping that, but right now there is no more room in my schedule.
To give you guys an idea, I am going for a routine that will help me get trim again... I am 6'5" 245 lbs I would like to be in the 215 lbs area, if not a little less. So I am looking for a good schedule to get tone, and fit.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,

Welcome.
The search function on this website works well--there are
tons of ideas on workouts here. I think those short fins
called Zoomers help burn more calories and accelerate
weight loss---just my opinion.
