Favorite Set 1200-2000

What is your favorite set 1200-2000? Mine is 15x 100 - simple and sweet but a good measurement on how I am swimming. I also like doing sets like 5x100, 2x250, and 1x 500

    Under water kicks with zoomers is an absolute must for sprinters. You will increase your ankle strength and flexibility tremendously. Unfortunately, because I often feel a time crunch durring my workouts, I leave kicking out of the workout. I have to stop doing that! Thanks for the reminder!
