Hi! I'm a new swimmer who has been lurking on the forums for a while--thanks to everyone for their support, even if you don't know that you gave it to me. I have a real question now:
I cannot access the introductory posts for the workouts. It just says, for example: Important:?a href="showthread.php?s=&threadid=154">Out of the Box and Into the Pool - Introduction,
and clicking does nothing. :confused: I don't know what a lot (ok, most) of the workout terms mean. I plan on joining a masters team in January (after student loans post!) so I'm on my own right now. Any help would be appreciated.
