out of water workouts?

Whata are some out of water workouts that I can do(besides running) like squats, bench press, any kind of workouts

    Cross Fit...where to start. Yeah, it works for ANY sport. It is geared towards developing fast twitch muscles in your core areas, and is really really freaking hard. I think I did it for 4-5 days last year. Climbing rope followed by pushups is a very common set. And get this, you don't do it once, nor twice nor 8 times. You do it for 25-30 minutes straight! Try swimming after that! Oh and it is horrible on your joints.
