Endless Pool Workouts

Does anyone have any good suggestions for workouts using an "Endless Pool" Right now I am taking some regular yardage based workouts and using them with time, ie: a 4x50 would be a 4 x 1minute. The tricky part is doing a workout such as 4x50 @ 1:00 - how does that convert? I would be interested to hear from other Endless Pool owners on their workout programs.

Thanks for the suggestion on the Aquapacer. I think that I have figured out a method. I use two primary means of gaging the workout either straight time interval or stroke count. I invested in a pace clock that I can see in the pool. I use the pace clock for timed intervals. So instead of a 4x50@ 1:00. I would do a 4x1:00 w/ 15 sec rest. Or I count the strokes - like 4 x 25 strokes @ 1:15. If you do get the Endless Pool unit, make sure you get the digital swim gage. It gives you a means of very precisely targeting the current speed. So you can do warm ups at one setting - build sets allow no cheating - reverse tapers are also targeted. Although the digital swim gage gives you a precise reading, it does vary with your distance from the outlet - so it should be viewed as a relative versus an absolute measure of your swim speed. I welcome any additional suggestions. What about the rest of you owners of the Endless Pools? What are your favorite workouts?
