Does anyone have any good suggestions for workouts using an "Endless Pool"
Right now I am taking some regular yardage based workouts and using them with time, ie: a 4x50 would be a 4 x 1minute. The tricky part is doing a workout such as 4x50 @ 1:00 - how does that convert?
I would be interested to hear from other Endless Pool owners on their workout programs.
There have been a number of threads about this, recently. The one I can remember is An Endless Pools Thank You.
In the upper right corner, under "Discussion Forums", use the "Search" for the word "endless". That seemed to work pretty well. (Unless someone was complaining that swimming laps indoors seemed endless... :D )
