Thanks to all who responded to my earlier "clueless" email. I'm curious about pool jogging and other non-lap swimming cardio workouts in the water. Any suggestions?
One specific questions -- what are your opinions on pool jogging with the resistance boots (I don't know exactly what they are called) v. simply pool jogging with a buoyancy belt?
And if any of you are in the Los Angeles area -- do you have a pool recommendation in the Hollywood area?

Go to the club pages or LMSC pages and there is plenty under Southern California and many have contact numbers and you might be able to find out when they do Jogging in the pool.
