Main Set: "The Joe how low can you go set?"
This set was given to me by my friend Joe. I don't know if it is exactly as he first described it, but we do this version periodically for fun. Adjust the intervals to your level. To do so add 20 seconds (rounded to an even number) to your fastest 100 for the starting point.
The odd 100's are decend by 2 seconds until you cannot make the interval.
The even 100's are on two minutes recovery.

100 @ 1.16
100 @ 2.00
100 @ 1.14
100 @ 2.00
100 @ 1.12...
Rules, only freestyle, and no open turns even on the recovery sets.
If you are swimming with other swimmers and fail sooner, then swim the odds as a hard 50 until the last swimmer completes the set.
