Hello,
I am searching for workouts that take 30-45 minutes. The group of 4-6 I swim with are beginners-intermediates. Any workouts would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,

Hey David!
Wow, Saudi...been there...not happy with the abayah thing. Anyway, I too work out with a small group of peeps that only have about an hour to get their workouts in. We are probably a little more advanced than your group though. But anyway, we usually take turns making up the workout for that day. We usually start with a 500 yard warm up then do some sort of a pyramid swim (50, 100, 150, 200, 200, 150, 100, 50). Then sometimes we do IM workouts like sets of 4x100 IM's. Then finish up with some kicking and a warm down. I am going to try to introduce some of the sets from the workouts posted on this site from Novaquatics into our workouts. Unfortunately, we are limited by time and can only get about 2,000 yards into our workouts. Hope you find a good groove!
