free and fly workouts

I'm just back from vacation, where I discovered a tremendous free/fly arm workout. Grab a surfboard, paddle out past the curling waves, surf in, then repeat until you run out of sunlight. If you feel a need for technicality, think about extending your "stroke" as you paddle... Tons of muscle building, anaerobics, and adrenalin and endorphins on the surf to shore:))
