So we have a "swim rant" thread, but I wanted to post my "swim happy" moment today, probably brought on by being out of the water for over a week.
Pool reopened after maintenance + clear, fresh perfect temp water + 6 lap lanes between 4 lap swimmers = 4200yd :bliss:

I was very happy to experience My Second Swim Meet today.
Unlike the first meet, I was not freaked out, I conducted a good warmup, and I didn't start way too fast.
(Unfortunately, a recent stomach bug and fever left me dead in the water, so to speak, with a 6:23 400m....way off my goal.....but this is the happy thread, hence the small font on this bit.) :)
