So we have a "swim rant" thread, but I wanted to post my "swim happy" moment today, probably brought on by being out of the water for over a week. Pool reopened after maintenance + clear, fresh perfect temp water + 6 lap lanes between 4 lap swimmers = 4200yd :bliss:

Where is the StormTrooper emo? :duel: Also, judging from psych sheets, it looks like you & I may enjoy reprise of 2011 200 fly! :duel: Also, it looks like the plans I made with ekw to swap counter duties in the 1650 may be foiled -- she is seeded 17th and if even one person 1-16 is a no show, then she & I may wind up in the same heat. We may be begging for counters Saturday morning! Elaine, magnificent job with Gail! She has a wicked quick turnover in backstroke! She'll be great at Senior Games! Thanks, Swimosaur! That's what I keep telling Gail; she's a natural backstroker! I think she would be great at Senior Games, too. Hopefully, I can talk her into joining me; especially since I know she is already better than some of the gals who competed last year. As for Auburn, I hope we get to swim on a relay together, now that you're my teammate! :banana:
