So we have a "swim rant" thread, but I wanted to post my "swim happy" moment today, probably brought on by being out of the water for over a week.
Pool reopened after maintenance + clear, fresh perfect temp water + 6 lap lanes between 4 lap swimmers = 4200yd :bliss:
My swim happy: I actually negative split a couple events last weekend at the Bend, Oregon SCM meet!! :banana: The key was taking it out easy, and trying to descend 50s as I went. Actually pretty easy on the body to do it this way. Not sure why I don't do this more often...maybe the pain is fun?? :D
