So we have a "swim rant" thread, but I wanted to post my "swim happy" moment today, probably brought on by being out of the water for over a week.
Pool reopened after maintenance + clear, fresh perfect temp water + 6 lap lanes between 4 lap swimmers = 4200yd :bliss:

Great news but please tell us some of your swim times.
While my times are nothing really to write home about, I can now proudly say that as of last weekend: I'm swimming the same/better times in all four strokes in meters as I was in yards a year ago. The 3 hour meet allowed me to get in 5 individual events (50 fly, 200 back, 200 free, 200 IM, and 100 IM) as well as 2 relays (50 back & 50 free). Of those 7 events I swam 4 PRs including my 8 second-in-one-month drop PR in the 200 IM.
So while this may look like gloating (it totally is) - I wasn't really sure where else to post my little source of pride. :)
