So we have a "swim rant" thread, but I wanted to post my "swim happy" moment today, probably brought on by being out of the water for over a week.
Pool reopened after maintenance + clear, fresh perfect temp water + 6 lap lanes between 4 lap swimmers = 4200yd :bliss:
ll. As for the 200 breaststroke? :afraid:The extra time given me by aging up is still not enough; I'm 11seconds off from my PB! :badday: So, I'm changing my training focus and will do the 200
Well, I'll take any drop I can get! I haven't been able to get a PB in that event since one year ago.
Plateaus are where swimmers learn the most about themselves and their training.
If you don't think about how long its been since a PB and focus on the now, the times will drop.
