Fitness Log not Updating from Swim.com

I followed the instructions from the post from 2 months ago: https://community.usms.org/swimming/f/usms-topics/31778/swim-com---fitness-log and I unlinked and relinked my account. About 90 minutes later, I'm still not getting my entries appearing in my FLOG even though they show up on my "Recent Swimss" and on Swim.com. Ideas on how to get this working again? It was working for all of 2022 and 2023.

  • On USMS it says my Swim.com account is linked, but the Swim.com app does not recoginize me as a USMS member, and therefore won't let me join the Summer Fitness Challenge. I did the challenges in Jan & Feb so it was working, but just stopped and won't resynch to show I'm a USMS member.

  • We are glad to hear it is working for you after a recent update to address this functionality. 

  • Nice! I see it pulling from my Swim.com account as well, although it seems to be duplicating each workout twice even though I didn’t manually log them on FLOG.

  • My data started to update again on Thursday, but it didn't retroactively update any of my swims from early March until then. I'm manually uploading everything the FLOG missed, including my notes from the swim.com app, now.

  • I am having this exact same issue.  Been having issues with this integration for several months.

  • disconnect and reconnect your account on the My Swim Feed page in the upper right hand corner. Once you have done that, it should recognize you on Swim.com.
