Looking for help regarding hosting a swim clinic for members of our LMSC.
The clinic would be part of our annual LMSC meeting. The clinic will be conducted d by the local university swim team members and their coach at their natatorium (great pool and great location within our LMSC) The LMSC will make a donation to the Varsity swim team for their services as they will waive all fees associated with pool usage.
Should the LMSC have its members pay a nominal fee for this clinic? If so, what is the easiest method to collect the money?
We will ask for reservations (so we know who is coming) but do not have the ability to collect online payments.
