Free Swim Outlet+ membership

I attempted to sign up for the free SwimOutlet + membership per the instructions here https://www.usms.org/swimoutletplus but am still showing the $4.99 plus tax charge when I attempt to check out. How do we resolve this?

Happened to me too! In fact I proceeded thinking it would revert to $0, but instead it charged my card.

07D6Tcan you email membership@usmastersswimming.org or give us a call at 941-256-8767? We will work with Swimoutlet to get this remedied.
