The Butterfly Lane

Butterfly, beautiful to watch, difficult to train. We SDK off every wall. We're most likely to smack hands with each other and those beside us. Fly's fun to sprint but no fun when the piano comes down What did you do in practice today? the breastroke lane The Middle Distance Lane The Backstroke Lane The Butterfly Lane The SDK Lane The Taper Lane The Distance Lane The IM Lane The Sprint Free Lane The Pool Deck

  • It was weird watching John's video and James' video back to back like that. Two very different approaches to fly... John's timing and knee bend seem okay to me but I'm curious to see what faster turnover looks like for John. Now then, am I correct in saying that the old James is back? According to James' blog he split his 200 11.66 seconds apart, 1:04.37 and 1:16.03. 2:20 is faster than I've gone in Masters but wow it looked like that 2nd 100 hurt bad. Yes folks, he's back!!! It's a Festivus miracle! Yes I'm back...after that one 200 Fly in Oak Harbor of nearly even splitting a 200 Fly, I had to come back to the dark side. It keeps things interesting. :cheerleader:
