Butterfly, beautiful to watch, difficult to train. We SDK off every wall. We're most likely to smack hands with each other and those beside us.   • hey all...would love to get comments on my fly video (hopefully posted below). This is from this past summer and I've been really trying to work on soft hand entry and not bending knees so much and keeping the kick more underwater - but I'm not improving too much. Would love any feedback ect. will try to get some current video soon... http://youtu.be/ir1bBwjAYa8 Hey, John, I am NO expert in fly (Just check out my fly video and you will see why...), but there is something I notice immediately: Your timing. Check out some YouTube videos of the pros and compare your timing to theirs; you will see a difference. At this point, I will defer to Ande and the other USMS experts on how to improve your stroke...:bolt: Meanwhile, good luck! :cheerleader: Post a new video soon, so we can see how your stroke is coming along.
