Butterfly, beautiful to watch, difficult to train.
We SDK off every wall.
We're most likely to smack hands with each other and those beside us.
Fly's fun to sprint but no fun when the piano comes down
What did you do in practice today?

The Pool Deck
Last season at the end of team practice , I finished up with 1,000 fly !:applaud:
Yessss! Congratulations!
I'm up to multiple (4-6) 50s in a 25-yard pool, with adequate rest between, and I swam a hundred in competition 3 times this year. Now I'm swimming in the lake, and I find I can go a long ways (not sure how long, but maybe a couple hundred yards) doing butterfly in the open water. Not having to do the turns seems to save a lot of energy.
