Coaching options

Hi! I am an experienced swimmer looking for someone to help me write workouts between now and 2022 nationals. I have a local masters team that practices during my work hours and has workouts largely targeted to fitness, not racing.   I know there are workouts post here, but just following along doesn’t seem very targeted towards specific results. 

Do you know if there are people out there with specific workout plans, posted workouts or even individualized coaching/workouts for master’s swimmers?  I’d really like to maximize my time between now and my goal meet.  Creating it on my own or copying from the workouts on this site has not been going well or giving particularly positive results.  I miss my old masters team that had the option to focus on racing and had far more fun and better fitness when I practiced with them.
