Caps are for wusses! :D
Jk, but after a traumatic experience when I was 6/7 years old that I associated with a cap, I've never worn them. I've been shaving my head for my annual shave and taper championship meet since I was 13, but the rest of the time I just train and race with a full head of hair. I've found that smack straps stay in place better than the standard straps on my swedes with or without hair.
