--For example, when it says LA, does that mean the LA stroke, where it's a different stroke with each stroke?
Ha, I was looking at this workout today, too, figuring out what I want to do tomorrow for my first time in an actual pool in over 3 months. LA I take to mean Left Arm - those are drills. KKK and KK I take to mean the number of kicks. So on the fly drill, KKK means 3, rather than 2, dolphin kicks before a pause. Those are what I THINK it means, but I'm not sure.
