All y'all baking down in the US, should plan to come up to Barrie, Ontario over the first weekend in August. We're situated on a gorgeous lake (Simcoe) and have a weekend-long festival (https://kempenfest.com/) complete with a 2K all ages open water swim on Saturday morning (see attached). One hour drive north from Toronto's Pearson airport.
