Going to a conference at the Ritz Carlton in Laguna Niguel , is Salt Creek a good place to swim ? if not , any recommendations? hoping to get in a 30 -40 minute swim each morning before the conference starts
Salt Creek Beach is a great place to swim!!!
we would leave workout from the MVN complex and be there in 20+mins Fast n Furious style down CrownValley Pkwy
however, small warning, if there is a big storm out and big waves...do NOT ride one to the top and have it dump you on to the sand bottom. i still have a scar on my right hip from that done in '84.
