I am looking for two swimmers, one man and one woman, to join our relay team for the Lake Travis 2014 Relay (October 11). We're not picky about how fast you swim, we're just in it to have fun. The entry fee is $56 per swimmer (the fee covers the relay fee and the boater and kayaker t-shirt costs) plus $13 for the ASA event membership fee and $30 for the pontoon rental. One of these days (definitely no rush--used up my travel budget for this year), I'd love to get in on a relay. I'm pretty slow, so I wouldn't be a good fit for competitive teams looking to place--but if you're looking to just try it out and have some fun, something to think about.
