The Swimming Coordinators have been working extremely hard to accommodate everybody swimming the Open Water on Saturday. The new schedule is now ready and it will allow for a break in the 400 free event to allow more rest time between both events. OPEN WATER Training will be available Friday August 8 from 1-5 PM in the Rowing Basin. TECHNICAL MEETING Friday August 8 at 5 PM at the Rowing Basin. It is recommend all participants be present.

Maybe my 200 fly warm down will be in the basin ;)
