NEKOWSA (Northeast Kingdom Open Water Swimming Association) is offering seven swims of 10k or more this summer, including the Sixth Annual Kingdom Swim on July 12, and a week of daily swims of varying length in beautiful lakes in Vermont.

It is absolutely amazing that there are some many great swims here in Vermont, thanks to the hard work of many, specifically Phil White. Kingdom is a wonderful family affair, where the whole family can participate because of the deep offering of distances.
