Hello Everyone! I am curious if anyone could recommend a sport nutritionist for marathon swimmers? I live in Northwest Indiana, but close to Chicago, not that the nutritionist has to be local. I have read tons of books and articles and yes, keep an eye on what I do and do not eat or drink. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
