I registered in May and am looking forward to it; I'll be driving in on Friday night from just north of the Chicago area, is there any tent camping in the area?
It was a great 5K National Championship race with nearly 170 competitors plus another 30 in the Planet Adventure 5K. 80 degree calm water and 84 air temps greeted swimmers on race morning. Adam Dawkins won overall and Mallory Cook Mead was first woman (3rd overall). Complete results can be found here.:banana:
