Before the swim there is the NAL Open Day, workshop about strategy, power, integration, training and technical in open water swimming.

The day before, always in Cesenatico, NAL organize Nuotata Notturna NAL (NAL Night Swim), after the swim the evening continues with dinner of fresh fish
