2) Seal Beach 3 mile (back when there was an oil platform that you swam straight out to & turned around)
3) Santa Barbara Semana Nautica 5K
My favorite marathon swim: Catalina Channel
My favorite fresh water swim: Cascade Lakes Series, Oregon
Honorable Mention: Alcatraz Touch & Go (double). There is something special about doing a swim in SF Bay without using a boat.
