i can credit the pennock island swim with the best hot chocolate i ever had, the best nap i ever had and the best shower i ever had...
i cannot credit pennock with the best cold beer... best ice cream
great event and great people and ketchikan is very good fun
i should qualify the best shower with an occupancy of one
i credit it with my slow slide from the sane but crazy to the not sane cold water swimmer! I'm not sure how it happened exactly but after a cold swim everything seems like a good idea particularly more cold water. Still I go back every year becuase its such a great experience!
