Diana Nyad is going to make an attempt at a Cuba to Florida OW swim. Here is the news info: news.yahoo.com/.../second-act-swimmer-diana-nyad-222557441.html I'd say good luck...not sure, but I'm sure this will be done in stages.

She can't touch the boat and has to take her hourly breaks for nourishment while treading. They predict a minimum of 60 hours to swim the 103 miles, simply and amazing endeavor.
