I'm doing my first triathalon June 4th in CT. Wondering if anyone knows of OWS training/groups in the state, and if so, where/when they get together.

i know people train in lake quassipaug. there are quite a few channel swimmers in ct, but i'm not sure if they have regular meeting times/places.... i'll inquire.
