Tenderfoot, shoes?

I have an open water swim coming up and after the swim it appears as though there is a .25-mile run to the transition area over mostly asphalt. I can't imagine wet feet doing all that well and so are there any kind of shoes or socks to swim in that won't impact my swim time but will protect my feet when I have to do that run?
