Your 2011 season... where & when

Would anyone like to share goals for 2011 too? My bucket swims this season include the Boston Light Swim (August) and the Great Chesapeake Bay Bridge Swim (June)... might try swimming the ASA Lake Travis Relay (October) as a solo... The new season is nearly upon us, and I imagine we do have a few southern hemisphere visitors to this board. Where and when does your 2011 season kick off? I am waiting to see the date and details set for Rice Women's Twin Lakes Open Water Festival - mid- to late April, and definitely the Cap 2k sponsored by Sandy and Keith Bell and their American Swimming Association at Lady Bird Lake, Austin, TX.

I am debating on the Cap 2K in Austin. It is right up the road. Just not sure if I will be ready for 2K that early (it is downhill though :)). After that I am doing a quick 500M in a tri relay in the Woodlands. Then June 18 I am in the Caymans for the Flowers Sea Swim. That is my total season, unless I can convince the Irish to let me participate in the Liffey Swim in September (I will be in Ireland then) without having swam the prerequisite number of season races.
