I swim in cold ocean water, and my ears hurt. I am looking for earplugs to keep the water out - the silicone ones I have fall out (my cap inevitably rides up during the swim, so doesn't keep the plugs in). Any suggestions? What has worked for you?
I just bought some ear plugs suggested in another post. Damned if I can remember them...and they're not where I can get to them now. They are blue and mold perfectly to your ear canal. I've used them for a few weeks now and love them.
