Has anyone ever had gastrointestinal issues from swallowing too much salt water? After Saturday's extremely rough Nubble Light Swim, I was ill most of the day. I'm thinking it's because I swallowed a lot of salt water, although I've never had this problem before. Now I'm worried about my other ocean races this year.

I was, but water still leaked in. But even without goggles, it shouldn't be so dramatic, should it? I have a feeling there are a lot of "stuffs" in that water, it's very opaque. On the other hand, most people there didn't wear goggles.
