Alright, the time is almost here and I can't wait!!!!
Who else is going? Obviously besides the few hours in the water its gonna be a BIG party and my birthday is on Monday, the 14th, so we'll be doing a little early celebrating! I'll be down there with the Swim Atlanta Masters group doing relays. I look forward to meeting some folks and conversations over beautiful scenery and adult beverages!:drink::groovy:

Hey Jeff, I just came back from KW having done the solo swim. I think you passed me on that same miserable 2.5 mile stretch. Everything else was good until that....that was the hardest leg of swimming I have ever done. It was like swimming through a desert.
I have HUGE respect for you solo guys! On top of just making it, some put up some incredible times that were better or just barely slower than our 3-man.
The description I was telling folks was that it was like swimming in a warm blanket just out of the dryer. At times it didn't even feel like water!
Congrats to you on the solo effort....takes some real MOXIE!
