Any Richmond VA open water beginners out there?

I'm looking for options to train in the open water. Wanted to see if there is anyone in my area who can suggest places to swim as well as people to swim/train with. Thanks! Karen :bliss:

Take advantage of the 2-mile lake swim in Charlottesville on July 10. You will make lots of good contacts at the race.
