1 Mile OW Nationals - NC

Maybe it's just me but I thought this was meant to be sarcastic with all the talk about what suits are legal. This is two days before suit Armageddon.

I signed up with an old-fashioned paper entry form on 3-20-10. I wonder if there will be a psych sheet published as we get closer to race day? I'm flying from Austin, TX to ATL for SCY Nats. I will hang out on the east coast visiting family until race day. I wish the OW race was on Monday following Nats like it was last year in Clovis........

I also play water polo for the Texas Gator Gals of San Antonio, TX and do training swims in Lake Georgetown.....water temp 65 deg. I hope it won't be that "refreshing" at Lake Norman for the OW race on May 29.

This is two days before suit Armageddon. But said suits are still valid for Masters OW for the rest of this year, as far as I can figure.

I'll be wearing my B70. That lake heats up in a hurry. I swam a race once in that lake and the water temp was 89.

The online entry has been extended to Tuesday, 9 am PT. Only 111 entries show in Club Assistant. Guess they're trying to up the numbers a bit.
